Every signage project at Crafixx is designed multi-language by default. Language versions are laid out in parallel from the concept stage, not added as a translation at the end. The requirements include size limitations relative to the building facade, material specifications, and Arabic language inclusion. DM requirements differ from Free Zone authority rules and mall management board requirements. We design within the applicable constraints from the start and can prepare the submission artwork package for your signage contractor to submit.

A fabrication-ready file is an artwork file formatted for production, not just approval. It includes vector artwork with all fonts converted to outlines, dimensions annotated in millimetres, Pantone or RAL colour references specified, bleed and trim marks set, and layers separated by production method (print, cut, engrave, vinyl, illumination). This is what your fabricator needs to go directly to production without requesting corrections.

Mall retail fascia projects involve working within the mall's brand compliance guidelines, permitted sign zones, approved materials, illumination restrictions, and submission procedures. Vehicle wrap design is the creation of branded graphics applied to the exterior of cars, vans, trucks, or buses. We design wraps using accurate vehicle contour templates, positioning all brand elements, logos, contact details, brand messages, and background patterns, to avoid seams, curves, door handles, and windows. Final files are delivered in the format required by the wrap applicator, with bleed, overlap measurements, and panel splits specified.

Timeline depends on scope: a single sign concept, a full wayfinding system, and a multi-location rollout each carry different schedules, and revision rounds add time. Projects requiring Dubai Municipality or mall management approval have additional time requirements driven by the authority's review timeline, which is outside our control.

To start a signage brief, we need: the location and type of signage (indoor/outdoor, illuminated/non-illuminated), the dimensions of the sign zone or available space, the fabrication material if already decided, the authority whose approval is required (DM, mall management, Free Zone), your existing brand assets (logo in vector format, brand guidelines if available), and your installation deadline. The more information you provide at brief stage, the fewer revision rounds are needed.

Hoarding designs typically include the project name and developer branding, a project visual or render, contact and sales information, and messaging designed for the viewing context, pedestrian or vehicular traffic, viewing distance, and ambient lighting. Files are delivered at print-ready resolution for large-format output.

Yes. We design neon and LED signs for cafes, restaurants, boutiques, gyms, and entertainment venues across Dubai. Neon sign designs are delivered with the fabricator's wire routing and mounting points considered. LED channel letter designs include letter profiles, back-box specifications, and LED module configuration notes so the fabricator has a complete production brief.
