Proof - Our Work
Ideas That Travel Beyond the Page
Our leaflet designs combine strategic messaging, creative storytelling and precise RTL layouts to deliver memorable communication across Arabic, English and multilingual brand campaigns.
A Leaflet That Gets Discarded in 3 Seconds Has a Design Problem, Not a Budget Problem.
Most leaflets fail before they are read. The paper stock may be premium, the print may be sharp, and the offer may be genuine, but if the design does not direct the eye within one second, the reader's hand has already moved toward the bin. The problem is never the budget. It is always the structure.
-
01
No Hierarchy
When a leaflet tries to say six things at once, it says nothing. Hierarchy is not a design preference, it is a functional requirement.
-
02
Too Much Text
Body copy without subheadings, white space, or callouts stops readers before the message is delivered.
-
03
Second Language Translated, Not Designed
Opposite text direction, different line lengths, and script-specific character spacing each require design decisions. A translated leaflet fails both languages.
A leaflet that earns three seconds earns the next thirty.
Run this checklist on your leaflet before it goes to print
- Primary message reads in under 1 second
- White space present, eye has somewhere to land
- Each language layout independently structured, not mirrored
- CMYK, 300 DPI, 3mm bleed, print-ready, not screen-ready
- Call to action impossible to miss
- Format matches the distribution channel
What Is Leaflet Design
What Is Leaflet Design? The Difference Between Print That Works and Print That Wastes
A leaflet, flyer, or pamphlet is a single printed sheet, folded or flat, designed to deliver one focused message to a specific reader at a specific moment. In the UAE, leaflets remain one of the most direct and cost-effective channels for local businesses: distributed at trade show stands, placed in hotel rooms, handed out at mall activations, or inserted into retail bags. The medium is simple. Making it work is not.
Leaflet design is the discipline of reducing a message to its essential form and then presenting that form with enough visual clarity that a reader absorbs the core offer before a second has passed. This means choosing the right format for the distribution context (a DL leaflet fits a hotel key card folder; an A4 flyer fills a community notice board), writing to the reading sequence the design creates, and ensuring the visual language matches the brand whatever languages it is printed in.
In Dubai and across the UAE, leaflet design carries an additional layer of complexity that most generic design agencies underestimate: the multi-language requirement. UAE audiences often expect two languages to coexist on the same piece, but different languages have different typographic weights, different spatial rhythms, and sometimes different reading directions. A leaflet that handles both well is not twice the work, it is a different design discipline entirely. Crafixx has been producing multi-language print for the UAE market across 500+ projects, in every sector from real estate to retail to food and beverage.

Our Process
How Crafixx Designs Your Leaflet, 6 Steps from Brief to Print
A structured process with no unnecessary back-and-forth. Brief to print-ready on a fixed, agreed schedule for standard formats.
We open every project with a structured brief, format, quantity, distribution method, audience, offer, and any existing brand assets you have. This is not a long intake form. It is a focused conversation or written exchange that takes thirty minutes and prevents three rounds of avoidable revision later.
Based on the brief, we develop the layout concept: grid structure, visual hierarchy, typographic approach, and colour palette. For multi-language projects, we map all language layouts simultaneously at this stage, not sequentially, so structural decisions account for every reading direction from the start.
The full leaflet is designed to final quality, artwork placed, typography set, visual elements composed. You receive the design as a high-resolution PDF for review. We do not share rough wireframes or placeholder layouts as first deliveries. You see the leaflet as it will print.
With the primary design approved or near-final, each language version is produced as a parallel design, independently structured for its reading direction, with copy set in proper script-native typefaces and all layout decisions reviewed for that language's reading experience. Both versions are reconciled to ensure the brand looks consistent across languages even where layout decisions differ.
We include revision rounds in every project. Feedback is collected, applied, and redelivered. We ask that feedback be consolidated per round, line-by-line feedback in sequential messages extends timelines without improving outcomes. Where a revision request changes the scope of the brief, we flag this before acting.
Once the design is approved, we prepare the print-ready export package: CMYK PDF with bleed and crop marks, screen PDF for digital use, source files, and font and colour notes. For clients unfamiliar with UAE print houses, we include a brief note on recommended printers, paper stocks, and quantities for the format in question.
